Deckwright, operated by Loft 902 Co LLC ("we"), turns text and data you submit into visual artifacts.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account and credentials; sign-in is provided by Clerk.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempts to break isolation/quotas/rate limits, no reselling access.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit and what Deckwright generates for you; you grant us the license needed to process, store, and display it back to you and to anyone you share it with via share links.
Plans & quotas
Free and paid tiers have usage limits shown on the pricing page; we may change limits with notice.
Disclaimers
Service provided "as is" without warranties; generated visuals may contain errors — review before you present.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We'll post changes here with a new effective date.
